Ferrochem offers Bar Testing Machines. It is an electro magnetic crack detection machine for checking surface cracks on the bright bars of various diameters and lengths. It is suitable for testing more than one bar of any diameter at a time thus increasing the output. Features: 1) Current assurance indicator - It helps the operator to ensure that current is passing through each bar under test. The indication of current passing through each bar is given by glowing of red light. The full-length foot switch enables the operator to operate the machine from any end. 2) Proper illumination - tube lights are provided at a convenient height to ensure proper illumination of the bars under test. 3) A full-length tray with a precisely controlled gradient and splashguards is provided for effective usage of the magnetic bath.4) A specially designed spray gun suitable for applying the magnetic bath to more than one bar at a time. 5) A cupboard type toolbox is provided for keeping the tools, consumables and accessories at one place. 6) Sleek and compact stands with nylon rollers are provided on either sides of the machine for loading and unloading of the bars.
