Ferrochem offers Crack Detection Equipments. Crack detection is done by magnetic particle inspection and dye penetrant testing. It is portable bench type equipment that can vary from 0 to 1500 amperes. It has portable power pack and sleek frame to use the machine as prod type machine as well as bench type model. It is ideal for testing small automobile components, forging components, bars up to 25 mm diameter or any odd shaped components; also the hollow shaped components can be tested by affixing central conductor. It can work on single phase or three phases with steps or step-less current control. The circular magnetisation can be done by head shot method while longitudinal magnetisation can be done by coil. Collapsible dark room with UV/ black light facility will help to inspect the components faster. It is a multipurpose machine used to test variety of components quickly and reliably.
