Bevel Gear Run-Out Checker

The Minimatic bevel gear run-out checker, Model MBGR-200. This unit has one slide, which is lever operated and a dial indicator at the other end. The lever can operate the unit up, down, sliding and tilting in vertical to horizontal positions. The gear is fitted on a mandrel on other end of the plate, and by using a ball pin fitted on the lever one by one, one can check the run out of gear teeth, also checking spur gear teeth run out. The bevel gear dia is 200 mm at any angle.
