BENCH CENTRE (CONCENTRICITY TESTER) MBC

Minimatic Machines offers Bench Centres. It offers fast and accurate method of inspection. It is used for inspection of radial runout like cylindrical shaft, camshaft, crankshaft and gear teeth runout by using arbour, mandrel or directly on centre. The surface table and centres heads are made from closed gained cast iron FG-200G, seasoned and finished. The centre stock spindles are smooth lapped to ensure accuracy of the spindle height and relationship to reference slide edge. Tee slot at 45° angle on the surface table and tee bolt through hole at the base of the centre stocks ensure firm engagement with the reference side edge of the table.
