Ultra-High Temperature Sterilizer

Bajaj Process Pack Maschinen offers a fully automatic Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) Sterilizer. This equipment is designed to sterilize puree/pulp concentrates, fibrous liquid to ensure long period shelf life. It is designed through digital heat quantity calculation which controls the precise sterilization temperature and cooling time, thus reducing flavour/aroma/nutrition loss and ensuring ascepticity of the product. Tubular sterilizers are used for high viscosity liquids or liquids containing granules/fibres. The equipment adopts multiple heating tubes incorporating floating heads/double sealing and can endure pressure drops. It adopts multiple sections to carry out heating, sterilization and cooling and can attain heat conducting efficiency up to 90%. The equipment incorporates multiple temperature detectors which are linked to the controlling PLC. The system is programmed for automatic CIP cleaning. The equipment can be designed into HTST according to the requirement of sterilizing temperature. System ensures long period shelf life without effecting natural colour/aroma/nutrition of the product.
