BM 240 series automatic form-fill and seal machines from Bajaj Maschinen are very simple and efficient to operate. Salient features: convenient and hygienic form of packing; simple and easy to operate with minimum manpower; ensures high productivity; photocell controlled printed point tracing system ensures accurate bag forming, sealing and cutting performance; and all contact parts are of high grade stainless steel. Machines in BM 240 series are available in different versions: BM 240 (C) - with volumetric cup attachment - suitable for packing free-flowing granules like pan masala, gutka, supari, tobacco, tea, coffee, namkeen, detergents, sugar and host of similar products; BM 240 (L) - fitted with a positive displacement pump that sucks the required quantity and fills-in the pouch. It can also be fitted with special hopper type pump for very viscous or thick liquids; and BM 240 (A) - with auger filler attachment - suitable for packing different types of hygroscopic powders like ground spices, haldi, dhaniya, chillies, mehndi, pesticides talcum powder, detergent, milk powder, etc, fitted with auger filler attachment capable of handling diverse types of powders. It accurately weighs them, using the auger screw controlled by a sophisticated clutch brake and microprocessor control system.
