Thermolab Environmental Test Chamber

Thermolab Environmental Test Chambers offer reproducible temperature and humidity conditions applicable for stability and shelf life studies as per Indian and ICH specifications, reliability evaluation of electronic/electrical/mechanical components, accelerated life and and thermal shock testing, telecommunications instrument testing, calibration as well as seed germination and plant growth. There is a tremendous potential for the use of this equipment in various fields of research, development, production, quality control and stability studies. This equipment confirms to IS, IEC, and other international testing standards and is manufactured as per GMP regulations. Calibration of the equipment can be done by ERTL (W) traceable to NPL, Delhi. All models are having double walled construction with inside stainless steel and outside mild steel powder coated or stainless steel provided with glasswool/polyurethane foam insulation. Door is provided with positive locking arrangement and silicon/neoprene gasket and a double glass observation window with heater for visibility in chamber. Port holes and chamber light for internal illumination is provided. Precise control of temperature and humidity is achieved using user friendly, multi channel microprocessor based cyclic program controller with an accuracy of &177;0.2&176;C and &177;2% RH. This gives indication of humidity in direct % RH, PID control action, printer interface and RS-485 PC interface for report generation and data management. Chambers are also available with dry/wet bulb PID controllers and PT-100 sensors. Works on 440 VAC, 3 phase OR 230 VAC, single phase. Humidity range: 40% RH to 98% RH in temp range of 20_o_C to 60_o_C. Temperature range: 20_o_C to 60_o_C or as per requirements. Size: Table top models to walk-in-type chambers
