Temperature Controller with Curing Timer

Audiotronics, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, offers a microprocessor based Temperature Controller with Curing Timer. This is linearised for K thermocouple with auto cold junction compensation. This model has in addition to a heater control relay, a timer setting used for setting the curing time in 999 min. Once the set temperature is reached, a timer is activated for the user settable curing time. After this time elapses, the control action stops. There are separate displays for Temperature and current elapsed time. Two relay outputs for heater and alarm. Non-volatile memory saves the configuration settings. Current status of timing is saved in case of power failure. The aesthetically designed front panel with membrane switches and plastic ABS cabinet make it attractive and rugged.
