There are separate displays of different colours for temperature and set point, and two relay outputs for heater and cooler/alarm logic. This versatile product allows front panel selection of proportional/on-off control along with a user settable hysteresis band. A unique feature of this equipment is the setting of the percentage on time in the proportional mode. This helps to avoid overshoots and save power for different ranges and different furnaces. The offset is digitally programmable from the front. In order to avoid tampering with the settings, a configuration lock is provided using a jumper on rear terminals. Non-volatile memory saves the configuration settings. The aesthetically designed front panel with membrane switches and plastic ABS cabinet make it attractive and rugged.
