PID Temperature Controller

Autonics Automation launched new TK Series 4-digit PID Temperature Controller with super high-speed sampling cycle of 50 ms and ±0.3% display accuracy. It supports 13 types of thermocouple inputs, 6 types of RTD, 4 types of analogue voltage input and 2 types of current input. It supports heating and cooling simultaneous control, automatic/manual control. It has SSR output/current output selectable. Also SSRP output – standard/phase/cycle control is selectable. It also supports communication function of RS485 (Modbus RTU). The heater burn-out detection is available by measuring the heater’s current value using a CT. It has multi SV setting function (max 4) – selectable via digital input terminals. The PC parameter setting is available via USB cable and RS485 communication (Modbus RTU). It supports DAQ master (PC loader program). The size of the model is very compact. It is available in various sizes – 48 x 48 mm, 72 x 72 mm, 48 x 96 mm and 96 x 96 mm.
