Auto Tune PID Temperature Controller

Based on 100% indigenous technology, this is linearised for PT100 sensor and 3 thermocouples (J, K, R) with auto cold junction compensation. The advanced algorithm for auto-tuning and control action provides excellent temperature control. There are separate displays for temperature and set point. Both relay and SSR outputs have been provided for versatility of control along with heat/cool logic selection. The offset is digitally programmable from the front. The P, I and D values can also be manually set or changed if required. In order to avoid tampering with the settings, a configuration lock is provided using a jumper on rear terminals. Non-volatile memory saves the configuration settings. The aesthetically designed front panel with membrane switches and plastic ABS cabinet make it attractive and rugged.
