Ace Gas Analysers offers a Panel Mounted Gas Analyser, Model Ace 5000, which can monitor individually various industrial gases such as O2, CO, H2S, CO2, etc. The unit runs on 230 V/50 Hz mains supply and displays the process parameter continuously on an 8-digit backlit dot matrix display. The long life electrochemical sensors are available in PPM and % ranges. The sensors can be calibrated by means of zero and span gas through the keyboard. Similarly, the high and low alarms can be set from the keyboard. A flow meter is provided on the front panel of the instrument to provide a constant uniform flow to the sensor. The unit has optional facility of relay activation. A standard 4-20 mA output can also be provided. Model Ace 5000 is a rugged, reliable instrument suitable for harsh process conditions found in various industries. Typical applications are gas purity certification, air separators, inert gas welding, heat treatment and annealing.
