PNEUMATIC DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS

J R U Conttrol offers a range of Pneumatic Differential Pressure Transmitters. The sensing element is a silicon oil filled double sealed SS diaphragm. A flapper, nozzle and pilot relay converts the movement of the diaphragm to 3 to 15 PSIg output. Other details and specifications: body -CS/SS; supply pressure - 20 PSIg; output range - 3-15 psig; maximum pressure rating - 30 kg/cm²; over range - 40 kg/cm² to either side of the diaphragm without damage; temperature - 10°C to 120°C (higher temperature on request); damping - built into sealed diaphragm; measuring element differential pressure range (continuously adjustable) - 5"-50"water column (127-270 mm), 10"-100" (254-2540 mm), 20"-200" (508-5080 mm) and 100"-1000" (2540-25400 mm) others ranges on request; accuracy - ±1%; and mounting - pipe or surface mounting. Three way manifold valve is provided for process isolation. Standard connection size is 1/2" NPT (F). Direct vessel mounting by flange is provided on request.
