ELECTRONIC DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS

J R U Control offers Electronic Differential Pressure Transmitters, Model- JEDPT Series. It is widely used to measure flow, liquid level and differential pressure. The differential pressure is converted to a proportional electronic output signal of 4-20 mA. The output signal can be connected to DCS system/ indicating/ recording/ controlling devices . Principle of operation: one end of the primary beam is connected to the double sealed diaphragm through diaphragm link. The double sealed diaphragm isolates the high-pressure chamber from the low-pressure chamber and also gives a movement to the centre of the diaphragm assembly, which is proportional to the differential pressure. The primary beam is fitted with the sealing diaphragm at the pivot point, to prevent leakage from the pressure chamber. The primary beam is linked to an RVDT such that the shaft of the RVDT gets an angular movement proportional to the linear movement of the primary beam. Specifications: sensing element - silicon oil filled double sealed SS diaphragm; body - CS/ SS; supply voltage - 24 to 40 V DC; output range - 4-20 mA; accuracy - ±0.5%; max pressure rating - 40 kg/ cm²; damping - built into sealed diaphragm measuring element; max power consumption - 4 W; temperature - 10°C to 120°C.
