Digital counter

Maharashtra-based Electronic Switches offers a range of micro controller-based digital counters for various counting applications. The digital preset counter PC 62 has very useful features. It offers 6-digit display. It can be operated in two modes - manual reset or auto reset mode. For auto reset mode, relay On or Off timing is adjustable. Counter can be used either in up counting or down counting mode. All these selectable facilities are accessed through front panel switches. Input for counter is through limited/micro switches or infra-red/proximity sensors. The dimensions of this preset counter are 96 x 48 x 110 mm. Required supply voltage is 12 V DC or 24 V DC or 220 V AC or 110 V AC. Output is available through potential free relay contacts. Relay change over takes place when preset value is reached. Output NO or NC is also selectable. Memory product is designed for continuous use. It can be used in all sorts of industries for counting pulses or events for production for up counting or down counting. Through relay contacts machine/plant can be interlocked such that it stops automatically as soon as preset value is reached.
