Digital Presettable Counter

Chroma Electronics offers a Digital Presettable Counter incorporating the state-of-the-art IC technology thus resulting in increased reliability, low power consumption, longer life and immunity of AC noise. The counters are available in 2-, 3- and 4-digit versions with input supply of 230 V AC. It is available in with or without preset mode. The preset mode is useful for setting the fixed value of count by thumbwheel switch or membrane keypad available on front. The relay will energise only at preset value. Relay rating is 5 A at 230 V AC. The counter can be reset to zero count by front reset switch or remote reset via rear terminals. The counter accepts input count signal from potential free NO contacts, DC inductive/photo proximity switches and voltage pulses. The relay output at the end of preset count is available either in On or Off or momentary On with auto reset or momentary On with adjustable time and auto reset mode. Optional rechargeable battery back up for retention of the last count in the event of power failure is available. The box size of the instrument is 92 x 92 x 160 mm. This counter can also be completely tailor-made to customers’ requirements.
