Universal Testing Machine

The Universal Testing Machine comes with an analogical dial display with roller tracer to record test curve and a manual loading speed to meet appropriate testing speed. It adapts to manual / oil-hydraulic automatic clamps which can be operated from a separate control box. The mechanical clearance oil returns technology is provided for overload protection. Above all it comes with a budgetary price to suit everyone?s needs. The standard test accessories provided are: grips for round specimen and flat specimen, compression plate, accessories for bending test, small weight, weight discs, anchor nuts & bolts, sphere base plate, oil Box. The testing machine is offered in A, B, C and D type frames: - In A type frame the oil cylinder is at the top of the machine. This frame is very stable but the frame is very high compared to other type of frame with same load capacity. In B & D type the hydraulic cylinder is adopted at the bottom and the chain and screw pole turning adjusts the crosshead. The structure is compact and can be installed easily and this type of frame is cheaper in cost. Also D type has special adaptation for four columns to support the frame. C type of frame is the best frame from measuring instruments. Its servomotor adjusts to the hydraulic cylinder in the bottom and the crosshead. The capacity is stable and the structure is compact.
