Das Precision Machine Tools offers spring load testing machines from 10 kg to 5000 kg capacity. The machines are available in automatic as well as manual versions. Apart from being accurate, easy to operate of sturdy the machines can offer: to check compressive as well as tensile loads; use of mandrel for sings with high LID ratio to prevent from buckling while checking the load; and special fixtures for tension springs with square, cross or unusual hooks. Further the automatic machines have additional facility to: generate and save or print test reports in excel format; check load at multiple deflections; scragging of springs; safety limit switch for over travel and overload. The least count differ from machine to machine from 1 gm to 100 gm.
