Rockwell Hardness Testers

Indmech Industrial offers Rockwell Hardness Tester. This is a direct reading measurement tester. The loading is by means of proportionate weights and lever. The load application is by hand or by a load selector and does not need any outside motive power. The load application is controlled by dashpot mechanism thus avoiding shock or jerk. Specifications: load range - 60-100-150 kg; one-diamond indentor with 120º cone angle and 0.2 mm tip radius; one - 1/16" dia. steel ball indentor; a set of HRC and HRB test plates; testing table of 50 mm dia and V-shaped support for round bars up to 30 mm dia; one-bottle of dashpot oil, Allen key and one instruction manual. Features: fully enclosed machine with cast iron body; equipped with automatic zero setting device; also available with load selector; hydraulic dashpot with adjustable time control; and high standard knife-edges.
