Impact Tester

Lumetron IT-50 is an Impact Test Apparatus. It is a swing pendulum type impact tester to check the mechanical strength of electro-technical equipment and is designed as per the requirement of several Indian and International Standards Specifications. It consists of an impact hamnier head suspended by a steel tube. A calibrated drop height release mechanism with trigger is provided with drop heights adjustable from 50 mm to 350 mm. The specimen holder is fully adjustable in vertical and axial planes to give impact on the specimen at various points without removing it. The polyamide hammer head has a radius of 10 mm and has the specified hardness and a mass of 150 g. The apparatus is to be mounted on a rigid concrete or similar wall. A User's Manual, 1 -year warranty and traceable calibration report are supplied with the apparatus.
