AUTOMATIC COMPRESSION AND BEND TEST PLANT

Zwick Roell Testing Machines offers ToniPrax Compression and bend test plant. It is designed for strength tests on cement and mortar prisms in compliance with International standards. It includes 300 kN maximum test load for compression tests and 10 kN maximum test load for bending tests. It consists of ToniNorm powerbox for pressure supply; ToniTrol computer controlled measuring and control system for full automatic programmable test performance; PC with evaluation program; and a third load frame. Working principle: the test is prepared, performed, controlled and evaluated via software. Parameter sets of programmed test procedures were stored and offered in a list of contents for further calls. Advantages: full automatic test plant with microprocessor and servo hydraulic control; central pressure oil unit, low noise; servo valves with long life span and high exchangeability; servo valve secures a continuous oil flow and pressure increase according to the set pace rate to the very breaking point; delivery as operative, space saving compact unit; fully automatic, software controlled switch over between the different load frames; and easy servicing by 100% standardized electronic box, which can be exchanged by the user on his own.
