Zwick Roell Testing Machines offers a Twin-Column ProLine Testing Machine, specially designed for function-testing components and for routine materials testing. Available exclusively from Zwick Roell, the new high-accuracy Xforce load cells are used for all load frame ranges from the company. Their axial/rotational symmetry design ensures high insensitivity to transverse loads. The data acquisition rate of testControl measurement and control electronics is 100 Hz. The intelligent sensor system automatically recognises all sensors and reads their settings. ProLine is available with test speeds from 0.0005 to 1000 mm/min, depending on model; testing machine speed is independent of test load. The type of control can be set to position, force or strain as required. ProLine is available for test loads up to 100 kN and with test area heights from 1050 mm to 1370 mm. ProLine can be used with standard PCs or laptops and requires no special add-on card. The Stand-Alone option allows ProLine to be operated without a PC. All testXpert and testXpert II test programs can be used for ProLine.
