Oil Level Indicators (Oli)

Sukrut Udyog is a leading Indian manufacturer and exporter of transformer accessories like pressure relief valves (PRV), oil level indicators (OLI), flow indicators (FI) and float switches (FS). The company is dedicated to provide engineering products and solutions to the transformer industry. It started manufacturing transformer accessories since 1967. PRVs, OLIs and FIs are made to order type accessories, and manufactured as per the specifications received from the customers. The company manufactures many models of OLI for various customers as per their specifications. OLI model can be decided based on the following parameters: conservator – with aircell (flexi separator) or plain (without aircell); mounting – on flat end plate cover or on circular wall of conservator; vertical or inclined – the buyer has to provide mounting pad on the conservator to suite the selected model; dial – size, round 250, 150, 100, 80, 50 mm; dial markings – standard empty, ¼, ½, ¾, full or as per customers requirements, black marking on white background or black marking on yellow background; spread of dial – depends on model of OLI; indication – local on conservator or remote with 4 to 20 mA output; number of switches – 1 or maximum 2, one switch for low oil level, two switches for low and very low or low and high oil levels; setting of switch – NO at healthy level, NC when switch operates or as per requirement; and movement of the float – in a plane perpendicular to dial or parallel to dial.
