Digital Pattern Generator & Recorder

Data Patterns focuses on building reliable open architecture, building blocks on various internationally accepted standards such as cPCI, VME, PCI and other mezzanine standards such as IP, M Module and PMC. Digital pattern generator and recorder is a 64-channel module and can be used as a pattern generator or a pattern recorder. Specialised uses include digital bus signal test, semiconductor test and automated test equipment. The 64 channels are grouped into 4 groups of 16 channels each and each group may be individually configured as pattern generators or pattern recorders. The module features internal or external pacer, 32 bit counter for frequency control and synchronisation between groups. The module is supplied complete with device drivers in Windows 2000 and RT Linux.
