Liquid Level Controller, Automatic

Automatic liquid level controllers facilitate automation of pump sets. These are suitable for conductive and non-conductive liquids. However the choice of level sensing probes put the limitation. Whenever the water level in the overhead tank falls below the set low level, the device operates the pump set and it stops the pump set when the water level rises to the set high level. This is also used for underground tank (reservoir). In such case the water level falls below the set low level the device does not permit to operate the pump. It allows pumping when the water level in the reservoir rises to the set high level and thereafter fill the water level in the underground tank, must be set above the foot valve to avoid dry running of motor. Using this will avoid overflow of water, dry running, saving electrical energy, avoid burning against low voltages, and single phasing and needs no skilled manpower. Automatic liquid level controllers are available for single phase as well as three phase motor pump set. This can be used housing colonies, hotels, bungalows, and other industries – wherever one needs automatic operation. Level controllers other than water application are also available.
