Flow Sensors

SRD Corporation offers Flow Sensors. These sensors are used for measuring the consumption of fuel/oil/DM water to reliable accuracy at low costs and good reliability. Carburettor performance is also checked by these flow sensors. These are available in brass, ryton, arnite, PVDF, PP to meet the demands of different media including the corrosive acids. The maximum flow rate is 30 LPM, maximum temperature 100°C, and maximum line connection is 1/2". The reducer can be used if the flow is below 30 LMP. These sensors works on Hall effect transistor principle with ceramic magnets laser welded on turbine wheel. The Hall effect transistor is specially developed for reliability and service longevity. The turbine wheel is of PVDF, bearing pin is of 18/8 steel or PCTFE to suit corrosive acids too. Highly viscous fluids up to 8000 cs can be metered. Food flowmeters too are available with ruby bearings and approval under sk223.02. These sensors/meters are simple in construction, easy to mount and work on 4.5 to 24 V DC and give pulse output.
