Flow Indicator Totaliser

Nippoflow Series is designed with help of state-of-the-art micro controllers. The instrument can measure flow accurately by processing signal from flow transmitters. The calculation of flow rate and integration is precisely done by robust design. The design supports linear and square root modes. The display function is done by easy to read and long life 16 x 2 alphanumeric LCD. The 5-digit indicator displays the instantaneous flow rate and 10-digit counter displays the total flow. The NVRAM retains the data for 10 years. The instrument is provided with RS485 Modbus for PC connectivity. Modbus is available with RTU or ASCII with programmable baud rate. Product has two configurable set points with two relay outputs. The retransmission of 4-20 mA is available on request. The SMPS power supply supports 90-260 V AC/V DC. The hardware and software filters make Nippoflow immune to electrical noise. The modular design is housed in 96 H x 96 W DIN size plastic box. The product is also available in flameproof/weatherproof/wall mounting and pipe mounting enclosures.
