Float Switches

Gem Electronics System offers Hamlin float switches (UL approved). They are simple-in-design sensors that are easy to use and reliable across a wide range of environmental conditions. The sensor body, retaining clip and float are moulded in polypropylene. These materials make the sensor well suited to monitoring the level of water or any other fluid. Reversing the float changes the sense in which the sensor operates. This type of sensors are commonly used in applications ranging from air conditioning units, washing machines and other domestic appliances; also have many uses in the industrial and automotive market places.
