The leakage will be specified with a trace gas test bench (helium or inert gas). For the test the samples are filled with test gas. The remote maintenance of the helium test bench can be realised via modem. The operator can start a system check-up manually or automatically at any time by the integrated test leaks. The test gas consumption check gives customers estimation if a test gas mixing with air or nitrogen or even a test gas recycling is of use.
