Video measuring microscope

The VM-12 comes with a video cross line generator to generate horizontal and vertical lines on the video monitor. The simple front panel controls vary the line"s appearance, dashed or solid and intensity from black to white. The part to be measured can be aligned along the lines and measurement taken with the help of micrometer heads. The VM-12 comes with a 1/2" CCD high resolution S-video camera, which provides up to 570 lines of crisp clear video images. A number of automatic features such as gain control, back light compensation, electronic shutter and white balance come as standard. The camera provides high quality images even in low light conditions or with objects of poor reflectivity, which is unmatched by any optical comparator using old technology. The high resolution and low distortion video projection lens with C mount adapter has a magnification of 20X and a field of view of 12.8 mm. A variety of affordable auxiliary lenses can be provided on request in order to increase or decrease the magnification, field of view and working distance. A parafocal zoom lens to give magnification range from 20X to 180X can also be provided. The system comes standard with a 25 x 25 mm positioning stage with a top plate size of 150 x 150 mm and carrying capacity of up to 5 kg. The ring light mounted on the lens consists of high intensity red LEDs, which provide excellent surface illumination. The system can be supplied with optional frame grabber card, computer, printer and powerful but user-friendly software.
