Video inspection microscope

Sipcon Instrument Industries offers a latest video inspection system, which is a perfect alternative to the optical comparator. The high resolution multilayer coated zoom optics is manufactured by its principal, Kyowa, Japan, to provide a sharp and superior quality image on a high resolution coloured CCTV system. This microscope is highly suitable for use in electronic industries, semi conductor applications, engineering applications, medical applications, chemical industries and also in plastic industries. For precision measurements Metronics USA DRO system model QC 220 is supplied along with and electronic cross hair line generator is provided on CCTV Monitor for the detection and easy measurements of the component under inspection. The microscope has built in halogen illumination and for surface bright and shadowless illumination a fibre optic based ring light illumination is provided for bright and cool surface illumination for inspection of sensitive parts and also to ensure crisp and clear image on the monitor screen. The instrument can be coupled with image capture and other software to send image to the PC and the image can be saved in standard TIFF, BMP and GIF, etc, formats for printing, retrieving and editing etc. The microscope is optionally offered with motorised focussing system and also with motorised X, Y movement. It has magnification range from 32x to 200x.
