Universal Calibrator

Lectrotek Systems Pvt Ltd offers a Universal Calibrator, Model UniCAL – Master. This enables operational checks, regular inspections, maintenance and diagnostics and calibration of equipment (thermocouples, RTDs, process instruments, transmitters, signal converters, etc). With built-in source and measurement functions, UNICAL provides accuracy within 0.02% of the DC signal. Source and measurement functions include DC voltage, DC current, resistance, and temperature (from thermocouple or RTD sensors); making it possible to measure current in the mill ampere range while providing a loop power supply of up to 24 V DC at up to 22 mA load. Individual functions can be accessed directly by pressing assigned keys while the 2-line LCD display shows source, measurement parameters and units. Back-lit LCD enables usage in poor visibility/night conditions also. Isolated RS-485 serial port is optional, with communication as per Modbus-RTU protocol. Features: multi-functional hand-held calibrator; highly accurate – 0.02% of the DC voltage range for source/measure; sink function – receives current from the power supply up to 28 V DC while transmitting mill ampere DC signals to the loop; source function – provides accurate DC millivolts, milliamp, various RTDs and thermocouple source (generator) outputs; check input and output signals of test unit; 2-line alphanumeric display, back-lit LCD; measure current in the mA range; step function allows 10% steps change; 24 V DC output to power transmitters; Modbus-RTU communication optional; and battery charger for AA batteries optional.
