Ultrasonic Leakage Inspection Systems

Toshniwal Sensors offers Ultrasonic Leakage Inspection System. The system is used to detect 0.15 mm diameter of pinhole at a differential pressure of 0.4 kg/cm2, from a distance of approximately 4 metres. In case it is used with PL-222 ultrasonic generator it can detect 0.01µm diameter of pinhole under no air pressure condition. The system works on ultrasonic sound [transmitting and receiving] principle. Running cost and detection time is minimum as compared to systems already available in International market and it is totally a dry method. There is no influence of thermal changes on leakage detection, in this system. Several leading Japanese companies are using this system successfully since last 5 years. The system can be used to detect leakages in fuel tanks, valves, cylinders, radiators, hoses and containers, etc.
