Laser Calibration System

Sparkonix offers Laser Calibration System. Laser calibration system helps to diagnose some hidden mechanical problems, which normally remain unidentified while doing preventive maintenance of the older CNC machines, e.g., loading of ballscrews, loosened assemblies, counter weight effects, certain problems related to misalignment, problems related to feedback systems, pitch error problems, etc. For new machines installed it is very important to crosscheck the accuracies are within tolerance, as for long running of the machine it should be smooth, error free.
