Pune-based Sparkonix (India) Pvt Ltd manufactures EDM machines - SN 25 that are suitable for medium size tool room and industries / production jobs / job work.These machines provide uniform and good surface finish and has built-in anti arc. The rhomboid quill of these are hardened and ground. Ground lead screws with pre-loaded needle roller bearings are provided for slides. Time totaliser, auto flush timer, auto pos, multiple-outlet flushing system are some of the features of these machines.These are table-mounted machines with precision coordinate movement for the worktable. Total space required for this model is 3 x 3 square metres. Tank and filter assembly of this model consists of one pump and four filters. The size of the tank is 600 mm x 400 mm x 275 mm.
