Gear Inspection System

Gleason offers the 650GMM Gear Inspection systems. This comes with all the advantages of Gleason-M&M Precision’s technology in gear measurement, including four-axis, generative motion, state-of-the-art 3D scanning probe systems, linear drive motors and Gleason-M&M GAMA (Gleason Automated Measurement & Analysis) software, plus: performance, accuracy and versatility; and compact design for minimum footprint. The machine is completely redesigned for more fluid movement, less heat generation and superior accuracy. Like all GMM series, the accuracy of the 650GMM is certified via the ISO17025 and A2LA® quality systems adopted by Gleason-M&M Precision Systems and meets VDI/VDE 2612/2613 class 1 specifications.
