Minimatic Machines is well-equipped, well-set state-of-the-art industry standard full fledge workshop with all in house facilities. The company offers a Bench Centre, MBC that provides fast and accurate method of inspection of the radial runout of cylindrical shaft, camshaft, crankshaft and gear teeth run out. A slide is provided for dial indicator stand inbuilt on the bed. One center is spring loaded. The surface table and centers are made from closed gained cast iron FG-200G, seasoned and finished on the working face and reference slide edge of table by hand scraping to receive highest accuracy. The centre stock spindles are smooth lapped to ensure accuracy of the spindle height and relationship to reference slide edge. The centres are hardened high carbon steel accurately ground on the diameter and internal grinding as per standard Morse taper.
