Vibration Analysis System For Elevator

Suntek Services offers a portable Vibration Analysis System, Model 6601, on behalf of its principal M/s Showa Sokki Corp., Japan. This vibration analysis system complies with the elevator ride quality standards specified by ISO 18738-1. Data collected by the equipment is placed on an elevator and analysed by a PC. The easy-to-see colour LCD enables reduction of erroneous measurement. The measured waveforms are displayed on the colour LCD in real time, checking whether measurement and recording are properly proceeding as expected is enabled during measurement. It is possible to issue a calibration certificate required by ISO Appended with easy-to-use software for analysing elevator ride quality (in Japanese and English) 3.5” colour LCD installed; waveform possible to be checked on the main body. Easy to measure equipment is ready for conducting measurement only by placing it on an elevator and triggering the measurement. Measured data are stored in the USB memory and enabled with detailed analyses on a PC. Measurement while monitoring waveform is in real time. Measurement is enabled with the detector installed inside the main body and the casing lid remaining closed. This equipment can be also operated using remote mode.
