Suntek Services offers a Spark Monitoring System for “trouble-free†operation of DC motors, manufactured by from M/s Showa Sokki Corporation, Japan. This system monitors the commutator sparks of various electric motors and judges the spark-number. It uses a flame sensor (UV Tron) to reliably detect weak ultraviolet light. The manufacturer is specialised in vibration gauges, which are required in all fields including motor vehicles, railroad wagons, aircraft, ships, and other means of transportation, turbines, power generators, motors, pumps, compressors, and other plant-related rotary machines, along with machine tools, medical equipment, home electronics, and architectural structures. The flame sensor is installed on the DC motor and on the blooming mill motor. The instrument is available ex-stock.
