Open Channel Flow Monitors

The 2114-OCF provides an economical means to monitor the flow within defined channels and streams.
The control unit can be mounted safely remote from the stream channel up to 1 km away using inexpensive 2-conductor shielded wire. At this unit, the display provides an indication of the present flow rate, stream level, and a totalisation of the flow from the last reset.
Three alarm relays are available for high or low flow rates. As well, a fourth relay will pulse at total flow intervals ( i.e. every 20,000 gallons). A 4-20 mA output signal proportional to flow is standard. The programme provides a menu of engineering units for the flow display and 23 pre-programmed flume and weir size calculations are available. The factory can program non-standard channel and flume sizes.
