Injection Monitoring System
Injection monitoring system gives the graphical representation of an injection cycle. It is useful to detect first, second phase velocities, intensification pressure, specific pressure, biscuit size, etc. It also logs the data automatically for each shot on the PC. Logging of production related data like number of shots in a shift, time required for each shot, cycle time, etc., in Excel format. It can be interfaced with a die-casting machine controller. This is an independent unit that can be used with any other make controller/PLC.
- Multiphase injection profile display; setting and comparison with ideal profile
- auto injection speed correction (cycle by cycle)

- Detection of injection rise time, intensification rise time, pressure rise time, intensification pressure, first and second phase velocities, specific pressure and biscuit size
- Graphical representation of injection with respect to plunger position up to intensification and time scale there after
- Analog output for injection speed control; graphs in 3 formats – time graph, position graph and default graph
- zoom option for diagnosis from graph
