Custom rubber gaskets and seals manufactured by 4 Engineers utilise a variety of production and material options to solve even the most challenging sealing applications. The production capabilities include die cutting, moulding, extruding, splicing, and hand fabrication. In many cases, several production methods may be required to produce the right gasket for the application. The company manufactures extruded rubber gaskets and seals from both solid and sponge materials and a variety of compounds including neoprene, EPDM, nitrile, butyl, viton and silicone. It offers standard commercial grade materials and specification grade materials to meet ISO specifications. Custom compounded and colour matched materials are also available.
