RAPID CASTING EQUIPMENT

Cee Dee Vacuum offers Rapid Casting Equipment. It is used to mix hardener and resin under vacuum and pours in the mould. The job is placed in the chamber, the door is closed and evacuated to required vacuum level. The resin is stirred for degassing. Hardener is then mixed with resin and poured in mould under vacuum. The vacuum is then released and the mould is removed - the cast is ready for use. Salient features: single door with full inside view (double door option available); minimum vacuum down time period with single and double chamber options; user friendly design with fully automatic control and manual versions; digital vacuum/ time display for better performance; safety precautions for the protection of vacuum pump and automatic vacuum brake; and easy to operation and customised built as per requirement.
