- Mixing chamber designed with heating system having precise temperature controlling arrangements. It has cooling arrangement of controlling the exotherm during mixing, as required
- Pouring chamber, adequately sized to accommodate desired number of moulds , designed for pouring under High Vacuum
- Pouring system design for vacuum casting with easy control & observation from outside with specially designed PTFE valves
- Pouring chamber , having charging system to meet any types of requirements that is arrangement for controlled planetary motion to mould and meeting any specific pouring requirement
- Heated pouring chambers to prevent heat loss during pouring
- Vacuum system adequately designed to provide desired process vacuum consisting of rotary oil sealed pump/combination of roots/ rotary pumps equipped with vacuum gauges, valves, traps etc
- Control Panel with essential instrumentation for easy operation and effective processes control
