Presswel Industries offers Veera brand pressure die-casting machines in capacities from 80 tonne to 400 tonne. These are horizontal cold chamber pressure die casting machines, built to high quality standards. The machines are put to stringent tests using modern testing devices to ensure increased productivity and high reliability during operation. Salient features: large adjustable clamping stroke; highly reliable, extremely rigid double toggle clamping mechanism; three stage injection for perfect compaction; accumulator for fast response; power saving with pressure matching hydraulic system; return line micronic filtration; generous size heat exchanger to maintain temperature within limits; and simple and dependable electric relay logic for operation (microprocessor controlled logic with proportional, servo valves-optional); provision for auto loading, auto extraction and auto spray on higher capacity machines as optional.
