These new series of 4 post hydraulic presses is offered to meet the need for a wider choice of sizes, capacities and speeds in a high quality 4 post presses. These machines represent the most advanced industry proven hydraulic and mechanical design. High speeds, and convenience in setup and operation make these presses competitive production tools. The presses are found on such job as Riveting & Staking, Drawing, Coining, Forming, Embossing, Blanking, Trimming, Precision Assembly, Die try out, Hobbing, etc.
Heavy Duty Frame: The bed and cylinder mounting surface are machined parallel for perfect die alignment. Each frame is engineered for its rated power with ample reserve strength. Frame deflection is minimized for long die life.
Cylinders: Our press cylinders have a large reserve capacity, the rams are of large diameter and of alloy steel, harden, ground and hard chrome plated to resist scoring or pitting. This helps to minimize leakage and increases the life of multilip seals.
Bloster Plate: Fastened to the flat bed, it's easily removable. T-slots of ample size secure die perfectly. Thread holes and or cut outs are available.
RAM Head Plate: Fastened to the ram and guide posts ensures parallel matting to the die and tools under operation. Ram travel is precisely square to the table. Large sized accept big die sets. T-slots of suitable size provide secure mounting option.
Daylight and Stroke: Accommodates large dies, generous long stroke lengths are easily adjustable. Special daylights and strokes (larger or smaller) are available.
Hydraulic System: Dual pump system provides a versatile match. The high quality, low pressure hydraulic system is designed for extra long life. Presses with high speeds or extra speeds are available for specific applications. Only standard manifold ensure compact design, less space neat look, leak free operation and easily accebility for the components.
Selection Of Controls:
Dual Palm Button Controls Basic presses include this standard control for operator's safety. Along with emergency open button.
Return Stroke Limit Switch: Basic presses include cam and limit switch to adjust return stroke from 0 to maximum.
Jog Control: Basic presses include this feature, for die setting and maintenance.
