Mould Bases

Pre-Mould offers Mould Bases. These are used for plastic injection moulds, pressure die casting dies and pillar die sets for sheet metal press tools. Pre-Mould standard mould bases are with mild steel plates and guide pillars, guide bushes and pins are made with EN-31/EN-36 material hardened and ground. These are available with accurately CNC machined pockets, cooling circuits and ejection systems to help save valuable time and effort of toolmakers. Applications: mould bases for hot runner moulds, stripper ejection moulds, gear ejection moulds, multi-cavity cap moulds, thermo forming moulds, vacuum-forming moulds, perform moulds, compression moulds, pressure die casting dies. Production lines are specially designed to manufacture on a mass scale. CNC machines are used in the manufacturing process to maintain extreme precision at every stage.
