Mould bases in any specification, for any application can be delivered on time within a period of 7 to 60 days, depending on size and complexity of mould base. Established in 1994, Pre-Mould has earned a reputation for meeting the most challenging mould requirements. Quality, workmanship and cordial customer service are its forte. From existing 30 mould bases per month, the company plans expansion to make 50 mould bases (size up to 2000 x 1600 mm), spread over 18000 sq.ft. Its tool room features state-of-the-art facilities including advanced equipment sourced from the world’s best. It offers standard mould bases with mild steel plates, guide pillars and bushes made of EN-31/EN-36 material, hardened and ground with CNC machined pockets, cooling circuits and ejection systems. Mould bases also can be supplied as per clients’ specifications with special materials. Pillar die sets for sheet metal press tools and accessories are also available.
