Low Pressure Casting Machines

Borli Group Spa offers a Low Pressure Casting Machine, MK 130. It is a plant, for aluminium parts production. It support frame optimized for modifications and enlargements. High stiffness press fixed structure is provided. Movable deck is guided by chrome-plated steel columns and equipped with jacks for mold sidecores closing, which can be tilt of sixty degree. It is used in hydraulic cast piece ejection. Mould loading and locking optional devices can be installed. Holding furnace with armoured resistances placed on the lid and thermo regulated heating. Pressurization system is with proportional control. Fourteen air/ water cooling circuits are controlled by supervision PC. Electric control panels are available with PLC. Industrial PC is for operator-machine interface. Local pushbutton is for machine control.
