Die Casting Machines, 30 Tonne Locking Force

M R Engineer offers horizontal cold chamber die casting machine, Model DCM 30. This is a small size, low cost, high production machine suitable for taking out castings up to 300 gm of aluminium and/or 600 gm of zinc. Backed by years of experience, the machine is built by expert engineers with materials and components well tested for their quality and precision. The machine has a maximum locking capacity of 30 tonne and can die cast components up to 0.300 kg of aluminum per shot. The maximum projected area of casting is 135 sq mm. The machine can handle pressure die casting of non-ferrous metals - aluminium, brass, magnesium and zinc alloys. It has been provided for manual or semi-automatic operation, and is ideally suited for use in automobile, electric appliances, toys, and optical instruments, measuring instruments and hardware industries. The machine is constructed of mild steel frame with steel platen with or without T-slots. The lower part of the machine accommodates the hydraulic/pneumatic systems consisting of motorised high pressure pump/compressor, valves, tank and other standard accessories. The machine can be operated by foot operated switch or from machine control panel. The die locking is done by single toggle system actuated by a cylinder fitted in the machine. The ejection is by the bumper plate actuated during the return travel of the moving platen. The sleeves for injection are of size 25 mm, 30 mm and 35 mm bore.
